This isnt about ATI vs Nvidia creig. This is about SGIs lawsuit against a failed company.

Hey, I wouldn't even care about ATi (just like I don't any of the other video players) if they hadn't gone out of their way to make arseholes of themselves in 2002 and the years following. I'd never seen (or personally experienced) such public attacks and vitriol previously. It was at that point my hate for Ati and their supporters was born and I think they have gotten their just desserts. The only things I still would like to see happen are the collapse of VisionTek and the sacking of Richard Huddy.

Did you even bother to look at the date on the article about the Nvidia lawsuit? It was posted barely a MONTH ago! Since I'm sure that case won't be settled for months/years, I'd say it's pretty current.
