SGI 1600sw Question?

I just bought the 1600sw, with multilink and when I connect it to my computer it runs correctly using 800 by 600 and 1280 by 1024, but if I run it at 1600 by 1024 (its native resolution) it leaves black lines on the sides (it running at the wrong aspect ratio). Any suggestions, I am running it of a v7700 deluxe (geforce 2 (Asus)) using the asus drivers if that helps.
