SFF Power Supply Fix?

I've got an MSI Mega 651. The PSU is causing problems. I've looked around and I cant find it anywhere. As far as i can tell, the problem is that the voltages are low. Is there someone out there that fixes proprietary PSUs that are no longer available?

Or does someone know where I could find a FSP250-60MS ?

Anyone got one for sale? If i cant get one cheap, im gonna scrap this thing.
