SFF - OEM vendors

I really want a good, quiet, and cool (temp) SFF system for the living room but I don't trust myself to put it together. Are there any vendors like ABS or Dell for SFF systems. I"m looking for a system that can play COD1/2 level games decently and has the ability act as a DVR. I can add the DVR via a tuner card later if necessary. Right now I've got a T-Bird 900/Ti-4400 in the living room, but it's a little dated and too loud. I'm not looking for miralce performance, just something that looks nice, is quiet, and can run inside a closed cabbient without fretting over heat issues.

I would suggest EndPCNoise.

I've bought a lot of quiet components from them, and a buddy of mine has built a couple SFF systems using these as guides:

Athlon 64 Socket 939-based Cube

and

Sempron Socket 754-based Cube

Given your specs, I'd buy the Sempron based system and add an AGP Nvidia card of your choice.
