SFF mobo in mATX case?

Will a Shuttle SFF mobo fit in a mATX case?

Seems like it'd fit physically, but I'm not sure a microATX power supply would fit a mini-ITX type mobo. The mobo would have a 20-pin power plug whereas the PSU would have a 24-pin plug.

It will fit the major problem is the back panel, shuttle are very different.

All stndard ATX PSU connectors are 20-pin. Only some special server connectors for dual CPU mobos have 24 pins.
