SFF File-Server/Streaming/Media Center PC??

So I'm looking for a very SFF PC to use as a rudimentary file-server, for video streaming and playback to a TV and perhaps as a steam "in-home streaming" client. I want it to be as cheap as possible and have at least 1 USB 3.0 port.

I've been eyeing up some of the Chinese Baytrail-T based HDMI sticks and USFF PC's but a lot of them do not seem to have USB 3.0 and only a couple have 5Ghz wireless.

Do you all have any suggestions?

Price range?

The HP Stream Mini on sale, $15 - $20 off, is a crazy deal, not a bad deal at $179.99, but it needs another stick of 2GB DDR3L to really feel fast.

Edit: Stream Mini has wireless, bluetooth, Gigabit ethernet, HDMI, DP and 4 USB 3.0 ports, so you can use a USB RAID storage device or external HDD with it.

It is a Haswell laptop in SFF / NUC form, with Win 8.1 Bing.

FoxConn NanoPC?

Most of them have room for a 2.5" HDD, which would get you that 1TB of storage. Depending on CPU, they're usually $150-$250, with ones on sale for around $100. Just drop in RAM and an HD and you're good to go.
