SFF AGP Video Card Recomendation

My 9500 Pro's fan is on it's last leg. I have a Shuttle SFF (SB65G2) that has served me very well for the last four years. I'm do not game and my general multitasking requirements are handled well by my P4 3.4 processor and 2 gigs of ram.

What should I do? Get a new video card, if so which one do you recommend or try and replace the fan on my current card? The only other variable is that I tend to like solutions that mitigate noise whenever possible.

Thanks for any advice you might have.

Finding an aftermarket HSF is your cheapest solution, I'm guessing. You could get a 9600pro or X800 if you want more power. Or even the HD3850 (PowerColor). Here's a thought... Buy a Antec SpotCool and just put it over the failed 9500pro's HSF (unplug and remove the failing fan). Done deal.
I googled your video card and tried to find out how big the OEM fan is... no love for my search. its either a 60mm or 40mm, screws right into the Heatsink. So measure it and then buy the appropriate size fan. You have have to plug it into a fan header or a 4pin molex (unless you want to splice wires so you can plug it into the video card, your choice). Hell, buy a 80mm fan and superglue it onto the heatsink, more cooling, less hassle.
I didn't know there was that little clearence between the HSF of the 9500pro and the chassis

Oh as a matter of space between the HSF and the chassis, you'll have to make that judgement call whitehotdawn, also... if space is that big of a concern... take off one of the side panels, def. cant hurt

I like the SpotCool idea, but I'm not sure if the case will be able to fit using this product. The space between the HSF and the case is a matter of millimeters... Any recommendations on a HSF solution that might fit a little bit better. I wonder if there is a way just to replace the fan, it seems to be easy to remove while leaving the HS in place.

I know it's tacky and cheap, but my fan went out on my old 9500Pro, and I bought one of those PCI fans that port out the back. I installed it right next to the AGP slot and it ran until I got my X1950 Pro. I don't remember what happened after that, I think I gave it away.
