OuterSquare: Yah, it used to be. But with the rising costs of housing, it's inevitable that most of the original residents of the EPA would be pushed out. I mean, who could really resist the intense gobs of money being thrown around. 3BD/2BA townhouses going for $450-600K. The cheapest >real< house (townhouses aren't real houses, IMHO) go for around $600-700K, minimum. Hopefully, the realestate market will crash and I can afford something.

btw, funny article I read in the newspaper a few years back. I guess it was news that EPA finally got an ATM machine. I was laughing about that blurb for a while.
