So from Berkeley, if I wanna go to SFO say during busy traffic hours, whats the fastest way?

After I get on the Bay Bridge, should I exit off 5th Ave and take a turn onto 6th to get me on 280? I assume this because 101 South is jammed like crazy and 280 doesn't come up for a while.

I also assume this because the fast way onto the Bay Bridge from tne peninsula is to take 280 all the way till 6th and get back on 80 there which directly leads u to the bridge.
