I was going to ask this question myself. What if her (or his) IQ is well under 100 or less? Is there some point at which society says "you are not allowed to have sex"?

What if someone who is "incapable of consenting" REALLY DOES want to have sex with someone?

The title is wrong.

The OP in that thread says she was 4 years younger than he is. His profile lists him as 25 years old. That makes her 21.

She is not "underage." Though I would agree that she is incapable of consenting.
