sex sells

How does this show sex sells? It just shows sex is more widely used 😛

Because it wouldn't be more widely used if it wasn't selling.

Not necessarily. How many shows do you decide to watch based on sexual content? Not that I'd care, but you'd probably have to go pretty far out of your way to find something with little or no sexual content.

Racy material in general, not just sexual content.

Think of some good TV shows that were successful because they contained racy, yet intriguing, premises. Oz, Nip/Tuck, the Shield, 24.... Sex in the City *shudder*

Says it all. If a new show came out featuring people sticking balloons and gerbils up their asses and all of a sudden became the center of public interest, you'd see a sh!tload of knock offs follow it. If it's popular, networks will employ it.

You think I watch las vegas on NBC for the acting or plot?

😕
Seriously.. that show has no less than 3 hotties with low-cut tops walking around for 5 minutes doing nothing in every ep.
