the entire meal was awesome

I had fish chowder, followed by smoked salmon, a petite filet mignon with fresh green beans and fingerling potato's My husband had oysters and striped sea bass in a saffron sauce that was out of this world.

sounds very tasty

when i was in san diego i ate at a restaurant called humphries by the bay
i asked the waitress for a good wine with the dish i was going to order
i ordered a succulent lobster with an 8ounce prime rib
the wine she suggested was a tom collins syrah, she used an aerator and poured the entire bottle out into a large glass flask which brought out the taste even more

also had a caesar salad which was out of this world
but the capper was the dessert
there was a plate of dessert of different types we tasted all of them
utter extravagance at its best

Best desert that I have ever had was at a restaurant that I worked at.....

Grilled poundcake smothered in a caramel pecan sauce and topped with a scoop of cinnamon ice cream.

Sinfully good....dare I say.......orgasmic. 😉
