It afflicted so many healthy looking people.

BTW cops called on these fine folks for not wearing masks and I’d guess being turds about it.

They can wear face shields or cotton face masks. Those are considered reasonable accommodations by the ADA.

And yet they were allowed to vote without wearing masks. Not good. Lot of buck passing. Cops called Supervisor of Elections. Supervisor of Elections said it was up to the County Administrator. So the four were allowed to vote – even though signs throughout the mall said masks were required

That's why some vulnerable people don't want to vote in person because of total douchebags like this. They may not trust the mail and still want to vote in person safely, and they should be able to. Odds are these douchebags are all Trumphumpers too.

I’m cool with someone who refuses to take precautions voting, it is our right to vote.
Maybe setup a separate “no mask” enclosed area for non mask voters or maybe they vote outside in a tent or whatever makes sense.
I do have a major problem with the low energy troll job.

First solid and rational answer here I've seen in quite some time.

Christ, for all anyone knows someone without a mask had COVID 2 weeks ago and has zero risk of transmitting or receiving the virus since they have antibodies. Why is it your job to police them of something that is entirely not enforceable?

You're not going to legally be able to deny someone's right to vote based on this, and it's silly to try.

Latest information I can find still indicates face shields have not been proven to be an effective alternative to masks for protection against spread of Covid though.

I never made such a claim.

Congrats on another dumb fucking post by you. For all you know these people could be asymptomatic and carrying the virus right now.

Do people’s right to vote trump those who have the right to vote safely?

It's just common courtesy and consideration for the folks around you, something you just simply fail to grasp. Typical conservative, who gives a fuck about others (until it happens to them perhaps)

Christ, for all anyone knows someone without a mask has COVID right now and has 100% risk of transmitting the virus. That's why it's everyone's job to police them of something that is entirely enforceable.

You are not denying their right to vote. Put on the fucking mask and vote. Then take it off when outside. What's so fucking hard about that? Real inconvenience? If they want to come in shirtless and shoeless we would make them put it on before voting.

Interesting Republicans who's full time job is disenfranchising the minority vote considers this a rights violation.

Yea, but they are selling them on TV like they are a legitimate substitute for a face mask. Even show a waiter in a restaurant with only a face shield.

Severe asthma causes causes brain damage due to low oxygen levels resulting in stupidity. Or is it the other way around?
