Several Links in the 'Traders to Avoid thread' are dead.

Due to the insurgence of trolls lately in the FS/T forum (and thanks to the mods and other traders for catching several and alerting us), I thought i would d a little homework in the traders to avoide thread. however, several of the links are dead or expired. Specifically, David Bible, Justin Daves' websites, calum Fischer, Sean fitzgerald, and several others. I just thought I would let you know in case whomever maintains this list would like to do an audit or upkeeping. Thanks again for all of your hard work mods and trollhunters.
