Backup data and reinstall. Do not restore the entire system backup as you may restore whatever problems you're having.

If you've run all those scans, and the installed security software hasnt found anything either, you've got some big problems.

At this point, you'll never know if the system is clean besides reinstalling, but if you're desperate to avoid a reinstall, get the try Microsoft's Malicious Software Removal tool or Microsofts Safety Scanner. Theres an offline MSRT but I can't find it. Also try pulling the harddrive and putting it in another computer as a slave and scan it there.

Get CCleaner and clear out a bunch of temp files, clean the registry. And uninstall a bunch of junk. Get rid of the Yahoo updater, get rid of Windows Messenger (doesnt work anyway now), GET RID OF JAVA (thats the biggest security hole these days), get rid of PC tools (no clue what that is), get rid of Adobe Reader (use Foxit reader), remove some security software, you have way too much (I'd recommend just using Microsoft Security Essentials).

You have AVG, Comodo, Kaspersky, SUPERAntiSpyware, and Microsoft Security Essentials. I'm surprised your computer even runs with all that over head. wow. Infact, thats the likely cause of your problem.

Also uninstall Firefox, remove its preferences and your user data, then run ccleaner to clean the registry, then reinstall.

But best overall, reinstall Windows from the beginning.
