sever 2003- rdc- volume mutes itself

Hi. We have a Windows 2003 SBS Server. At the moment it doesnt have a monitor, keyboard or mouse and we just Remote Desktop Connect to it. The thing I need to konw is how do i get it to leave sounds at the remote computer? Every time i go into Volume control, and unclick the mute button, it remutes itself strait away.

I need to know how to do this as it brings the music through for our telephone system but everytime it stops, we need to plug a monitor, keyboard and mouse into it just so that we can click the play button again, as RDC'ing to it has it muted.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you set the "Local Resources" section in the Remote Desktop client to "Leave sound at remote computer"? The default is "Bring to this computer".

Yes I did... I read somewhere that theres some policies that you need to change...
