Wow, there are some very very uneducated peopl ein this thread. In some ways I'm sorry to see it, but I see myself saying the same things in the past. Slew Foot, Shawn, Minendo.... You guys have no idea.

There are many low-life addicts, no question about it. But there are others.... Your friends, neighbors, co-workers. There are a LOT of poeple out there with a problem and they hide it very well and support the habit in a way that you would never know.

I have a friend, I grew up with this guy, the one person that I'd call on for anything. I found out several years back after an OD incident JUST LIKE THIS ONE, that he had a problem. He has since gotten treatment and is recovering, but it was a total shock. My 1st thought was definitely not "let the junkies die!" It was oh ******, can we get him through this?

The point is, e-penis aside, this isn't funny and it is not 'good' These could be good people that mad a bad choice years ago. Get off your high and mighty suburban WASP viewpoint and see the real world around you.

e-penis aside, let the people do what they want to do. If they decide drugs are the way, then they should be man enough to support their choices.

If they die, so what, it's their choice. That's the real world.

My 'tude was EXACTLY like that. Then life plunked this situation down for us to deal with. It is just not as cut and dried when you have to face it head on.

We all know its a choice, well, it starts out as a choice then becomes a habit that impacts both the physical and the mental. During recovery a person has to kick the mental habit while his body is saying no.... But once that 1st choice is made it will have an impact on the people around the person that becomes the addict.

Edit: So yeah, welcome to the real world. Life isn't about hard-ass yes's and no's. Its about taking the input and making a decision. Only a dick would be indifferent on someone's death.

So where can I sample a heroine for free?
😉
Exactly. I can understand how 7 people sampling a heroine might make HER sick, but not them. 😉
