Setup email addresses through Dixiesys?

Anybody know how I go about setting up my email addresses for a Dixiesys hosted page?

i'd try cpanel if i were you. probably wont work, though.


check your activation email... or email support@dixiesys.whatever.

I'm sure you're probably still on their older servers which use Plesk for the front end. Check the Plesk forum.

Yeah, I figured it out. They're plesk server is down though, with no date set for it's revival.

No plesk servers are down and none have been for a while (at least not for any length of time as in hours).

Might want to drop a ticket into the helpdesk and see what's up with your site. Or pop into IRC.
