Setup cannot turn on USB ports....HELP

I have an HP 4200 scanner and after a format and install I ran the Software CD to get the scanner to work again.

Well when the CD runs it comes up a message that says that the setup program cannot turn on the USB ports. For me to contact the mfg. for assistance in enabling the USB support in Bios.

It's never done this before. It could be because of the new 4-in-1s that I installed.

Any ideas?


BTW I am using ABIT KT7-Raid.
