setup 5.1 home theatre

i want to know how to setup 5.1 on a pc there are 3 jacks total in my pc and have f and a f6000 speakers it has total 6 jacks on its back but i use only 1st one i want to know what are there additional jacks for thanks

i have asus b75 motheboard it has 3 jacks for audio
