Settings for RAM (on a K7 Master)

I am happily overclocking my T-Bird, but I want to get the msot out of my RAM too. I already ahve my CAS at 2, but I do not know what all of the other things mean. Can anybody explain to me what the other numbers are for, and what to shoot for (right now I have 8,8,5,2,2,2,2 going down the list).

Also if there are any other bios changes I should make, please tell me. Thank you in advance.
