Setting up Zone Alarm...Question about a couple of programs requesting access/server status??

Have a couple of programs that want to access the web, not sure what they are...any help plz??? They are showing up as: Generic Host Processor For Win32, and Services and Controller app.

those are normal W2k network programs. I was wondering the same thing after I installed, but after some reading, they are standard

They should be allowed Internet access but neither needs to be allowed to act as a server.
