Setting up XP SteadyState for a kiosk...can it auto login to a welcome page

I am still building the kiosk, but can it not have a login screen? I'd like it to start at a 'Welcome, Please click here to continue' page. Then it would need to log itself out and clear out user settings (financial data) and restart.
