I am doing some work for someone else.

He has a set of Wireless security cameras that he wants set up to record the video to his computer when he is not home.

The cameras have the red and yellow audio/video connectors (composite).

What is a good PCI card (or an alternative ) for the computer with these connectors?

Is this a good model/brand that will be reliable?

I will also be making a post in the software forum to try to find some good recording software.

He will be buying a couple of 320 GB external Hard drives and a 16' USB cable to sort of "hide" the drives in case someone tries to steal the computer.

Edit: He is using windows vista (not sure on which version, trying to find out)

Wireless Camera should have an Antenna, and a WIFI camera should be able to connect to a standard WIFI and there is No need for a video tuner.

What you described seems to be a regular Camera that connects with RCA video cables.

Yes, they are standard wireless cameras with a receiver base station that connects to a TV through the standard audio/video ports. Instead of a TV, I want to connect them to the computer so that video can be recorded to external hard drives.

Well both camera are connect to one base station via wireless, with one set of RCA cables. So I am guessing the base station "splits" the screen in the output. So I will just need one card for the computer

This stuff is really "trial and error"
I just set up some web cams at my house, but they're indoor types.

I have a Panasonic BL-C1A (wired) and a BL-C20A (wireless) camera. They can be bought from Newegg. I have them connected to a Buffalo WHR-G125 router flashed with DDR-WRT. I can see them on the web, and I'm recording one camera that's pointed at my driveway. The camera comes with recording software, but for some reason I can only get it to record one camera at this time. The other camera is at the top of my stairs where our dog sleeps.

It's really cool stuff though, I can see my cameras on the web, and my iPhone.

I wouldn't now how to hook up the equipment you have. You'll be lucky if you can get it working. You'd probably have to call a security store, or search the web for the model of those cameras and call them up.
