Setting Up VIA Hardware Monitor

Ok... so i just finished building my new setup (Abit kt7a, tbird 900, etc etc) and i just installed VIA hardware monitor. Right now it reads that my cpu temp is about 36 degrees Celcius. What am i supposed to set the CPU Hysterisis and CPU Over-Heat temperatures to? Should i leave it as the default? Same goes with System Temp settings and all the other settings. If anyone could help me out it'd be great. Thanks!

36 sounds great, personally, i bumped the cpu overheat up a bit to 45, i think default was 40. i have no clue what they hysterious thing is.....i just look at the temps and my fan rpms
