Setting up Raid...which is best?

Hi,

I just recently purchaced two 160GB SATA drives that I would like to use as storage on my computer by using a raid array on both.

Which raid "mode" do you think is best for this situation?

figure out which raid level suits you best. Are you looking for performance, redundancy, or both?

are you using onboard raid, or an addin card?
 
...not to sound too insulting, but if you don't know why you want it or what the modes do, you probably shouldn't be screwing around with RAID.
