I have the Gigabyte M61P-S3 board, and I am trying to set up RAID on the new OS. The MB manual gives me some instructions as to how I can create a driver disk for setting up RAID with the windows install, but I need a floppy disk to do so.
I however live in the 21st century and don't have a FDD, well I do, but it's underneath a lot of rubble. Is there a way to do this without a FDD, like perhaps integrate it within the windows disk, or maybe put whatever drivers I need on a USB drive or a CD and have windows go there to find it? or does it have to be on a FDD? Does anybody have any experience with this, and also are all MB setups like this. I mean I'm sure a good number of people on these boards use RAID, do you guys all have FDDs just for this purpose?
