Setting up Ports with Sygate Home Network

I'm currently running Windows XP on all comps, with Sygate Home Network on my main server machine. I can't seem to get aim direct connect working because i don't know which ports to open up. Can someone tell me exactly how to get this to work.

Have you checked the README, or the FAQ @ sybergen for sygate? Those usually list which ports to open for a myriad of common applications.
