Setting up port forwarding to use with remote desktop..

I'm behind a router and want to be able to remotely connect to it.

My router's port forwarding page looks like this:

What am I supposed to enter for each of the settings. I know I'm supposed to forward ports 3389, but which part do I put that in? And do I use TCP or UDP?

I also have a specific port that I set on my computer to be used for remote desktop connections, how do I configure that?

3389-3389 Global
3389 base
TCP

Don't fully understand the second question. You changed your RDP port from to something different than 3389 or want to?
