setting up my Cayman 3220-H using a dynamic IP

I have Pacbell DSL with a dynamic ip service. I just got my Cayman 3220-H router that was once used with a static ip company. HOW DO I CONFIGUE MY NEW SETTINGS to use a dynamic IP. I've gone into the cayman configurations and have NO IDEA in what to do. What do I change the VCC seeting? i'm so lost can anyone help me step-by-step. I seriouslly need to know how to set the router to a dynamic setting. thanks....
