Setting up multiple IDE devices on 8RDA+

Hey all,

I'm currently in the process of building a new PC, and its going very well. I have all the plugs and jumpers set on the motherboard, and now its time to start connecting IDE devices.
The 8RDA+ has two IDE connections (not counting the FDD). How exactly do I hook up, say, two hard drives and two CD drives into those connections?
