Setting up iPad without Apple ID [Edit: Solved]

Or as an alternative, can I create a bogus account and delete it afterwards? Someone asked me to set up a new iPad and I do not want to ask for his password.

P.S. I know that I can create an Apple ID without credit card information.

Can't you just hit "not right now" / skip on all those questions?

when you first set it up, on the screen to enter in icloud / apple ID info., just "skip this step" :
