hello, i am playin around with a new cdrw drive i purchased and i am curious what is the best way to set up my ide devices. currently i have my quantum ata 100 hard drive (master) and an atapi zip drive (slave) on the primary promise ata 100 plug, and my iomega cdrw (master) and memorex 48x cdrom (slave) on the secondary ide plug. everything seems to be working but i wss wondering if i can get faster transfer rates with a different combination, i.e. everything master off it own plug or some other combination. any help would be greatly appreciated.
