setting up gaming wireless network

I have a wireless router in my room with an xbox, in our living room we have another xbox and then in another room we have another xbox with a wireless game adapter. The room with the wireless game adapter can't get signal from my router but if the xbox in the living room had a router or access point it would work out (there's a few walls seperating my router and the wireless game adapter).

So my question is, what would work to make everything talk? Would buying a router for the living room let everything get signal? Or what do I need.

Sorry if this is confusing, I'm running on 4 hours of sleep from last night.
