Setting up FX5600 for TV-out

I've put together a very low budget HTPC using a NVDIA FX5600 (dual head). I want the TV to be the sole display for the PC. I have been unable to get the PC to boot and use the TV as its only display. Using the NVIDIA driver app and/or TVTool I can get the TV to work just fine as long as I'm using a monitor in conjunction with the TV. I've been Googling for days and I've yet to find documentation that tells me concisely how to configure a dual head NVIDIA card for this purpose. The TVTool documentation doesn't help, either, and my request for this in their forums hasn't been responded to. Can anyone here help, or at least guide me to where I can help myself?😕
