How do I set up a ftp site on Win2k Advanced server

Long story...
Just reformatted and dont wanna screw it up and hafta reinstall. Are there any special issues to address in setting ftp up? How do I do it? Just install a program? Also, what security issues need to be addressed and what are the possible security breaches by having an ftp site running?
