Setting up ftp server with dsl?

I need to set up a ftp server for others to access my cpu. I have Serv-U and it worked fine when I had a dial-up account but now that I have dsl no one can connect to me. My isp is Quest and I'm using the Cisco 675 router.

does that router block port 21? does qwest block 21? try changing the port on the ftp server and see if that works

Thanx, I finally got it up and goin. For some reason Quest had me blocked. Thanx again...

Just remember, if you are using the Cisco 675 in PPP mode, your IP address may change from time to time.

With USWest, I paid the extra $30 for MegaOffice and got 512Kbps and 5 static IP addresses.
