Setting Up Dual Monitors

Let's say I purchase the following single-slot video card that has VGA and HDMI out:

PowerColor Go! Green AX5450 512MK3-SH Radeon

Would I be able to setup dual monitors by having one cable from VGA go monitor A and one cable from HDMI go to monitor B? If this is not the case please explain the typical and cheapest way to setup dual monitor functionality.

also im not interested in gaming. this is more for a business environment.

You just plug one monitor into one of the outputs, plug the second monitor into another, and that's it.
