Setting up dual 24" monitors

Is there a single card that can run these 2 monitors at 1920x1200, or do I need multiple cards in the system? If so, do I hook them up using SLI or not? Would prefer to stick with an NVidia solution.

You just need a card that has two DVI outputs. Single Link DVI maxes out at 1920x1200@60hz.

Okay, cool... I guess I was thrown off by Newegg listing a bunch of cards' Max. resolution at 2560*1600. I take it that's per DVI connection?

If it's 2560x1600 than the card has at least one dual-link capable DVI connector. The only issue is that some lower end cards can't handle dual-link DVI on both ports at the same time. You're ok, however, as each of your displays is right at the limit where you can drive it with just a single-link DVI connection if neccessary.
