Hey everyone. I currently have a GeForce 6800 GT and i'm running dual monitors on it. I'm wondering if buying a second video card with a DVI port on it would be the best solution for playing all my divx movies from my computer onto the DLP.

Thank you!

It should work for you. You might run across some problems getting the cards to work at the same time but once that is done you are good to go.

It'll work fine but DLP's do have overscanning so you need to find a custom resolution for your make and model. For my Mits 62725 it's 1200x666.

What exactly do you mean? I'm interested because just today I tried hooking up my Samsung DLP to my PC though my X800's DVI-out through an adaptor into my TV's HDMI port. The TV claims to support 1280x720p, and this is the resolution it runs at, but there are like 20-40 missing pixels around all 4 edges of the screen. This sucks, becausee I lose my taskbar and many of my menus in-game. I haven't found a way to fix this yet.

edit: Ah.. overscan. I think I have some leads now.
