Setting up Dial up Networking in NT4 server

Ok, my dad is trying to learn oracle and such. I really don't have that much faith in him succeeding as he knows very little about windows in the first place.

Anyway, I have to get his modem up and running in NT to connect to the internet. Now, I have the modem installed, or at least it says so (hardware PCI modem, USR 2977 i believe).

Now, I'm a 98 person.. i'll go to NT soon enough, just been too lazy But how the heck do you do this in NT????

Ok, you know, i should have added this one bit, kinda important:

when i try to install it, it refuses to and quits. It looks for the first file, i point it the the nt install dir... and then it just quits.
