Setting up Debug version of embedded xp?

Does anyone know what components i need to add inorder to build a debug version of XPE? I added all teh 1394 debug tool kits and click, debug when creating the build. But when i restart it goes into a black screen that can't load into xpe b/c it says "Dlls for kernel" are missing
