Ordered a Di-711 and asked D-Link tech support.
From D-Link tech support:

======================
first of all, you configure the Di-704 (a 4-port 10/100 router), once the wired computer
connect flawless to the interenet, you can take one of the LAN port
and connect that to the Di-711Global port, from there, you need to
configure the router to dynamic IP and change the LAN IP to a
different address (i.e. 192.168.1.1) Something like that.
Therefore, the wireless client will connect to the interent via the
Di-711 with IP address of 192.168.1.x passing through the gateway
of 192.168.1.1 to the Di-704 then go out to the interent. ONe
problem, connect this way, wireless computers cannot share internal
files with the wired computers.

Or you can just disable DHCP on Di-711 any use Di-711 as an AP.
Now if you can do me a favor. I want to use the LAN port on Di-711 to a single computer and AP on Di-711 to a laptop. I know I can connect cable modem to WAN via patch cable but do I use crossover from LAN to my computer or patch? I know I can share internet but will I be able to share internal files between desktop (on LAN) and laptop (on AP)?
