I just got another radeon HD4850 to use in my computer with crossfire. I put it in my motherboard( DFI Lanparty DK P45) and it seemed to work fine. In CCC it recognizes both GPU's but it does not let me choose which one i would like as primary. Is there a way to select the gpu i want as primary or does it have to be on the top pcie slot of my mobo?

I didnt even know it mattered, once they're connected, can't you just attach your monitor to either of the cards?

your primary is just the one your monitor is connected to, if my intuition doesn't fail me :p

Primary is where u attach the monitors.

If you attach it to a secondary they tell you to disable xfire.

Been on xfire for a very long time... however i think this will be my last time on xfire, and back to SLI i go on my main systems.
