setting up an online shop?

people ask me this from time to time. how would a small business integrate online shopping into their website? suppose this small business does not even host its own website in house and setting up their own secure site would be way outside their capabilities. I have heard of companies out there that can manage these transactions for you, but I didnt know which companies did this. anyone have any experience on this? thanks
