Setting up an IRA: Who should I choose?

have vanguard from last year, like it. pick their funds carefully, they offer great low rates, but not all funds do as well as the market. most of the better performing funds are locked, but vpccx is new and is managed by the same people as two other great funds they have

I was thinking of starting a Roth IRA with Vanguard and investing in the Wellington Fund. They've had a stable 10.7% growth going on.
