Setting up an AP for a local community attraction

Hey all,

I've been asked to setup an access point for a local community attraction in my town. However, upon a client opening IE/FireFox/Opera, I am required that the users are presented with an Agreement page (detailing acceptable use, etc.) before being able to use the access point to surf the web for that session.

Can anyone tell me the easiest way and what equipment I would need to set this up?

Awesome! I personally use DD-WRT on a WRT54G already and I had no idea it had this feature! Sweet!
