Setting up a web cam for vid conference?

My boss wants to add a web camera at his home office so that he can draw diagrams. etc with his clients in real time. I suggested that he just use Yahoo IM as it's free, and does a pretty good job. Unfortunately, we deal with a lot of lawyers who obviously don't have Yahoo IM.

So what do I do?!?!

My boss has a nice DSL connection and of course a web page. What software should I use to get this to work. If at all possible, I would like to have these sessions password protected.

Can you guys help me out at all?!!?!
