Setting up a VPS...

After using a reseller's account for over a year I've moved up to a VPS. Now it is a managed VPS and has DA installed but I feel a little thick as to go about setting up. Do I have to set up a reseller account and than and account inside there where I finally put my site files? or do I have to bother with all that?

What else do I need to do to set up the DNS etc. properly?
 
In your welcome email with your VPS you should have been told what your DNS servers are, otherwise you can customize them in DirectAdmin.

You don't need to create a reseller account first, just click reseller on the FAR right side of the screen and you can create website accounts from there. You can create more resellers if you need them.
