I do webhosting as well as side work, and also have a lot of chores and such and things to get done. I keep a todo list, as well as a bunch of emails in my inbox, but sometimes it just doesn't cut it.
I've considered setting up a ticketing system with a few queues. One for the people I work with to send requests and one for my daily routine.
Anyone else do this?
